Interested in becoming a fundraiser for Transplant House? There are a number of ways you can get involved and introduce our mission to your community!

Create your own Facebook fundraiser. Setting one up is quick and easy:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Click Fundraisers under the Explore menu to the left of your News Feed.
3. Click Select Nonprofit.
4. Search and select Transplant House of Cleveland.
5. Fill in the fundraising details including your goal, when you want the fundraiser to end, your story/connection to the Family. House and select a cover photo.
6. Click Create.

Your friends and family will see your fundraiser when they log-in, and then they can donate in just a few clicks. You can also share updates and reminders and thank people directly in the page.

Create your own Crowdfunding Page

1. Visit our Crowdfunding Page
2. Click "Create My Own Fundraising Page"
3. Enter your name & email
4. Create your fundraising goal, customize the message, set your goal, and select a photo to share.
5. Send the link to your community!
