Operations Assistant
Classification: Full-time, non-exempt
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 40 hours/week
Rate of Pay: $20/hour
Reports to: Operations Manager
Supervises: Volunteers
Benefits: PTO, holiday pay, health insurance, Simple IRA (after 1 year) with 3% match
Campus: Three buildings in University Circle (office at 2029 E. 115th St.)
Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Associate
Classification: Part-Time, non-exempt (hourly)
Schedule: 10-20 hours per week (typically Monday–Friday)
Rate of Pay: $19/hour
Benefits: 5-10 days paid time off annually depending upon actual hours worked,
Short-Term Disability Insurance; Simple IRA eligibility after 1 year
