Every third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM EST, we co-host Transplant Shares with our partners at TRIO Greater Cleveland. These meetings are held in-person at Transplant House and on Zoom. In addition to providing a supportive community of individuals who know what the transplant journey is like, these gatherings cover topics of importance to organ transplant patients and caregivers, such as nutrition, fundraising to cover medical costs, and music therapy.
