We are excited to launch Transplant Together, a new support group designed for both caregiver and patient.

Meeting Schedule: The group meets at 6PM EST on the second Tuesday of each month.

Format: Zoom and in person (programming side of the duplex)

Sessions will be led alternately by a post-transplant patient and a caregiver and facilitated by Jennifer Pitsenbarger, M.S.W.

This group is designed to provide connection, shared experience, and support for both patients and caregivers throughout the transplant journey.
