Weekly on Mondays at 4:00 via zoom
Wherever you are on your caregiver transplant journey, whether your patient is preparing for, undergoing, or recovering from a transplant – it’s likely to feel like uncharted territory. Your experience is uniquely your own, as each transplant journey is different. However, there is a supportive community that understands the challenges you may face, grounded in their own experiences.
Transplant House of Cleveland offers a unique opportunity to connect with other caregivers on this path. One such opportunity is the Navigating the Caregiver’s Journey program, which includes a weekly caregiver meeting. All caregivers can join by zoom from anywhere, or if you are staying at the Transplant House, you can join us live in the programming side living room. It is held every Monday from 4-5 pm. Led by Jennifer Pitsenbarger, M.S.W. and volunteer social worker Anne Smith, this meeting provides valuable support, navigation, and connection for those walking this challenging road.
