A Place to Heal. A Community to Rely On.
Join Transplant House of Cleveland's Foundation of Care Giving Society. Provide safe, comfortable, affordable housing and emotional support programs designed specifically for the unique needs of organ transplant patients and their caregivers traveling for life-saving medical care.
When a patient learns they need to travel for organ transplant related care, the reality of relocating far from home brings overwhelming stress and uncertainty. Where will we sleep? Can we afford a comfortable and clean place near the hospital? Who will support us through the wait and long recovery?
By joining our Foundation of Care Giving Society, you provide these families with the support, resources, and community they need during a challenging medical journey. Your giving isn't just funding a room, you are building a foundation for families at every step of the way from the first evaluation appointment to recovery and the lifetime of medical management that follows.
Through affordable accommodations that feel like a home not a hotel, social-emotional programming, community gatherings, and peer networks, your giving creates a foundation of support for families that allow them to catch their breath, focus on healing, and know they do not face the transplant journey alone.
