Join us on July 20 for our second annual Day of Giving, as we celebrate 12 years of providing organ transplant patients and caregivers with an affordable, safe, and supportive place to call home.
Help Us Raise the Roof at Transplant House of Cleveland

For guests arriving at Transplant House of Cleveland, our Duplex is more than a building—it’s "the Heart of the House," the very first place they feel welcomed, supported, and at home during a life-changing journey.
Since 2019, this building has hosted community meals, gatherings that create support networks and build lasting friendships, programs that connect families, and countless moments of connection between guests on similar journeys.
For our 2026 Day of Giving, we're asking our supporters to help us reach a goal of $20,000 to replace the roof of our Duplex. It has reached the end of its lifespan and must be replaced. A new roof ensures our community space remains safe, comfortable, and ready to serve families for years to come.
The duplex is the cornerstone of our community and by helping us improve this space, you're helping preserve a place where people feel supported, make lasting friendships, and know that they do not face the transplant journey alone.
How You Can Help Us Reach Our Goal
You can also support our Day of Giving with gifts of appreciated stock or through a donor advised fund.
Your gift matters
"There is no price you can put on the community of love and support at Transplant House of Cleveland. For the many who uproot their lives and move to Cleveland in support of a loved one, the team at Transplant house makes the transition, however long it may be, a little bit easier."
Every contribution makes a difference.
Your giving will ensure the building remains comfortable and safe for guests, that our programming will continue without interruption, and that this pace remains the "welcoming heart" of Transplant House for many years to come.
Donate today and help us raise the roof and continue to be a comfortable, safe home-away-from-home for organ transplant patients and their caregivers.
