Cleveland Clinic Helps Transplant House with FUNdraiser!

On November 12th, Cleveland Clinic Transplant Department social workers and support staff hosted a lunch time fundraiser to benefit Transplant House of Cleveland. Featuring homemade cheese sandwiches and tomato soup, the comfort food was especially welcome by the transplant department employees on such a cold and snowy day. Working with transplant patients and their families every day, the staff know how important good housing is in their overall care. With the guest house torn down, options are more limited and the need for Transplant House is more urgent than ever.

The event, organized by Annette Humberson and Cassie Rosenbaum, served over 100 people and raised close to $1000! Some of the staff also made baked goods which raised additional funds.

A big thank you to all who contributed, organized, attended and continue to spread the word about Transplant House!
